As part of our long-term expansion strategy, we are strengthening our Global Revenue & Commercial Leadership Division to drive enterprise sales growth, expand strategic customer partnerships, optimize international go-to-market execution, and scale high-performance sales operations worldwide.

The Vice President of Sales will serve as a key executive leader responsible for leading global enterprise sales strategy, commercial growth initiatives, international revenue operations, executive client engagement, and large-scale business expansion across complex enterprise markets.

This role requires a transformational commercial executive with extensive expertise in enterprise sales leadership, global revenue operations, strategic account management, AI-driven sales enablement, and multinational go-to-market execution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Global Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, revenue targets, and international expansion priorities.
  • Lead global sales operations across enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, regional business units, and large-scale customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Build scalable commercial frameworks supporting sustainable revenue growth across multinational enterprise environments.
  • Drive enterprise sales performance through operational discipline, pipeline optimization, and data-driven forecasting methodologies.

Enterprise Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new global market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and enterprise customer expansion initiatives.
  • Lead executive-level client engagement with Fortune 500 organizations, institutional customers, and multinational enterprise partners.
  • Establish long-term strategic account development programs focused on enterprise retention and revenue expansion.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances contributing to long-term commercial growth objectives.

Sales Operations & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee enterprise sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and revenue performance analytics.
  • Implement AI-driven sales intelligence platforms and predictive analytics systems to improve commercial execution.
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM utilization, reporting structures, and operational governance frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on conversion performance, sales productivity, and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Executive Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology leadership teams.
  • Align commercial strategy with product innovation, enterprise service delivery, and customer success initiatives.
  • Provide executive leadership and board stakeholders with sales forecasting, market intelligence, and strategic growth insights.
  • Ensure strong coordination between global sales operations and enterprise business objectives.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and mentor regional sales executives, enterprise account leaders, and commercial management teams globally.
  • Build high-performance sales cultures focused on accountability, collaboration, customer-centricity, and execution excellence.
  • Develop leadership succession planning initiatives and commercial talent development programs.
  • Foster organizational alignment and strong communication across international sales divisions.

Customer Engagement & Strategic Relationship Management

  • Strengthen executive-level customer relationships and enterprise partnership initiatives globally.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key enterprise clients regarding digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Lead executive negotiations, enterprise contract discussions, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Ensure customer-centric commercial strategies are aligned with long-term business partnership objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related discipline required.
  • MBA or advanced executive leadership education strongly preferred.
  • 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, global business development, commercial operations, or multinational revenue management.
  • Proven success leading high-growth sales organizations within enterprise SaaS, AI technology, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or digital transformation industries.
  • Extensive experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic global accounts.
  • Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, enterprise negotiation, and sales transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM systems, AI-powered sales platforms, and enterprise analytics ecosystems preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $370,000 – $504,000
