The Vice President of Operations will serve as a critical executive leader responsible for overseeing global operations, including fulfillment, logistics, supply chain coordination, and operational strategy. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that operations are optimized for performance, scalability, and resilience.
You will work closely with executive leadership, technology teams, and regional operations leaders to drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the global operations strategy across fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain functions.
- Oversee performance of distribution centers, warehouses, and last-mile delivery networks.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks using real-time analytics and performance dashboards.
- Ensure high levels of service quality, order accuracy, and on-time delivery metrics.
- Manage operational budgets, cost structures, and efficiency improvement programs.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI, robotics, and digital tools into operations.
- Lead risk management and contingency planning for supply chain disruptions and operational challenges.
- Build and lead high-performing global operations teams and regional leaders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex operations in global environments.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or technology-driven operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of automation, supply chain systems, and operational analytics.
- Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams across regions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency at scale.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $340,000 – $498,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
