The Vice President of Information Technology will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing global IT strategy, enterprise systems architecture, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity governance, and digital transformation initiatives across all business units and international regions.

This role requires a highly strategic and technically sophisticated executive with deep expertise in enterprise IT leadership, cloud transformation, cybersecurity strategy, AI infrastructure, digital modernization, and global technology governance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise IT Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute a global IT strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives, digital transformation priorities, and long-term technology vision.
• Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and application ecosystems.
• Establish scalable IT governance frameworks ensuring operational resilience, compliance, and performance excellence across global regions.
• Drive modernization of legacy systems into secure, cloud-native, AI-enabled technology architectures.

Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation

• Oversee global cloud strategy, including migration, optimization, and hybrid cloud architecture development.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives across data centers, networks, and distributed systems.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance optimization across mission-critical IT environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design next-generation digital infrastructure systems.

Cybersecurity & Risk Governance

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including threat management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee security operations centers (SOC), incident response frameworks, and enterprise risk governance systems.
• Ensure adherence to global data protection regulations and industry security standards.
• Strengthen enterprise resilience against cyber threats through advanced security architecture and AI-driven defense systems.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Drive organization-wide digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Lead implementation of enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, data lakes, and AI-powered business systems.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their impact on enterprise scalability and performance.
• Champion innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and technology enablement.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee global IT service delivery, support operations, and enterprise application management.
• Ensure operational excellence across IT helpdesk, incident management, and system performance monitoring.
• Define KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery across global business units.
• Implement automation strategies to improve IT operational efficiency and reduce system downtime.

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead and mentor senior IT leaders, architects, cybersecurity experts, and infrastructure teams globally.
• Build high-performance technology organizations focused on innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development programs within IT divisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between technology, business, and executive leadership teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline required.
• MBA or advanced executive leadership education strongly preferred.
• 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, digital transformation, infrastructure management, or global technology operations.
• Proven success leading large-scale enterprise IT organizations in Fortune 500, multinational, or global technology environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise architecture, and AI infrastructure systems.
• Experience managing global IT teams and mission-critical enterprise systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
