The Vice President of Growth will play a critical executive leadership role in driving the company’s next phase of expansion. This individual will own the end-to-end growth strategy, including user acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and revenue expansion.

This role requires a leader who combines analytical rigor, strategic vision, and operational excellence to scale growth in a sustainable and efficient manner. You will work closely with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to build and execute a unified growth strategy that drives measurable business impact.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating product, marketing, and data teams.
  • Build and scale product-led growth (PLG) models and self-serve acquisition channels.
  • Optimize customer lifecycle through A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data analytics.
  • Drive performance across key metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and ARPU.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience and onboarding flows.
  • Develop and manage growth forecasts, budgets, and ROI-driven investment strategies.
  • Build and lead high-performing growth, analytics, and performance marketing teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product-led growth leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or digital platforms.
  • Strong expertise in growth analytics, experimentation, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies and lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $340,000 – $490,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
