The Vice President of Finance will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for overseeing enterprise financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, financial governance, and operational finance transformation across global business functions.

This role requires a highly strategic and operationally sophisticated finance executive with deep expertise in corporate finance, enterprise financial strategy, capital planning, financial operations, risk management, and executive business leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Financial Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute enterprise-wide financial strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and long-term business priorities.
Lead financial planning initiatives supporting international expansion, operational scalability, and revenue growth.
Provide executive leadership with strategic financial guidance, forecasting insights, and performance recommendations.
Establish enterprise financial governance frameworks, ensuring operational discipline and fiscal accountability.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise financial modeling activities.
Develop advanced forecasting methodologies supporting revenue growth, profitability optimization, and operational investment decisions.
Analyze business performance trends, market conditions, and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Deliver executive-level financial reporting and board presentation materials.

Capital Management & Corporate Finance

Lead capital allocation strategies, investment planning, liquidity management, and financial optimization initiatives.
Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate restructuring activities.
Collaborate with executive leadership on funding strategies, shareholder value initiatives, and financial risk mitigation.
Ensure efficient management of enterprise cash flow, debt structures, and financial resources.

Operational Finance & Performance Optimization

Drive enterprise operational finance transformation through automation, analytics, and scalable financial systems.
Improve financial reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and enterprise performance visibility.
Establish KPI frameworks measuring profitability, cost optimization, operational performance, and financial health.
Partner with operational leaders to strengthen business performance management initiatives.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and international reporting requirements.
Oversee internal controls, audit coordination, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
Monitor financial risks, market exposure, and regulatory developments impacting enterprise operations.
Support legal, compliance, and executive leadership on governance-related initiatives.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and mentor high-performing finance, FP&A, accounting, and corporate strategy teams globally.
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales, Investor Relations, and Human Resources leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Support enterprise transformation initiatives and long-term organizational scalability planning.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced financial qualification strongly preferred.
12–18+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, investment analysis, or executive financial leadership roles.
Proven experience within financial technology, enterprise SaaS, multinational corporations, banking, investment management, or global technology organizations.
Strong expertise in enterprise financial planning, capital management, operational finance, and strategic forecasting.
Experience managing complex multinational financial operations and executive reporting structures.
Familiarity with AI-powered financial analytics platforms, ERP systems, and enterprise reporting technologies preferred.
