The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for leading and optimizing key components of the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, inventory planning, supplier management, and distribution operations. This role requires a leader who can balance operational execution with strategic improvement initiatives, ensuring both short-term efficiency and long-term scalability.
You will work closely with senior leadership to implement data-driven supply chain strategies, improve performance metrics, and lead transformation initiatives that enhance resilience, cost efficiency, and service excellence across global operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of end-to-end supply chain operations across assigned regions or business units.
- Manage key functions including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
- Drive improvements in demand planning accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and operational cost reduction.
- Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs, including service levels, inventory turnover, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment of the supply chain with business demand.
- Support implementation of digital supply chain tools, automation systems, and analytics platforms.
- Manage supplier performance and develop strategies for risk mitigation and supply continuity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, safety standards, and operational policies.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management roles.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site or multi-region supply chain operations.
- Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics optimization principles.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or technology-driven supply chain environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using data-driven decision-making tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $324,000 – $445,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives
