The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in enabling this transformation, leveraging data analytics, process optimization techniques, and advanced modeling to improve performance across the supply chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models, inventory optimization tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, service levels, and logistics costs.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to improve supplier performance and delivery timelines.
  • Support demand planning and supply planning processes through data-driven insights.
  • Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of automation tools and digital supply chain solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or operations roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with ERP systems, supply chain software, and business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics operations.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or technology-driven supply chain environments preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $240,000 – $360,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives
