The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in enabling this transformation, leveraging data analytics, process optimization techniques, and advanced modeling to improve performance across the supply chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, service levels, and logistics costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to improve supplier performance and delivery timelines.
- Support demand planning and supply planning processes through data-driven insights.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of automation tools and digital supply chain solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or similar).
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain software, and business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics operations.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or technology-driven supply chain environments preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $240,000 – $360,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives
