The Senior Vice President of Operations will serve as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing worldwide operational performance, enterprise execution strategy, operational transformation initiatives, manufacturing coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional operational leadership across all major business units and international markets.

This executive role requires a transformational operational leader with deep expertise in global operations management, enterprise scalability, operational excellence, industrial performance optimization, executive leadership, and AI-enabled operational modernization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Operations Leadership

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, profitability goals, and global expansion priorities.
• Lead worldwide operational functions, including manufacturing operations, logistics coordination, operational planning, infrastructure management, and enterprise process optimization.
• Establish scalable operational frameworks supporting international growth, operational continuity, and enterprise performance excellence.
• Drive operational governance initiatives, ensuring accountability, efficiency, compliance, and execution consistency across all global business divisions.

Operational Performance & Process Optimization

• Oversee enterprise operational performance management utilizing KPI frameworks, analytics systems, and executive reporting structures.
• Lead operational efficiency initiatives focused on productivity optimization, cost management, quality improvement, and process scalability.
• Strengthen enterprise operational resilience through continuous improvement methodologies and operational transformation programs.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-driven operational intelligence initiatives supporting enterprise modernization objectives.

Global Infrastructure & Manufacturing Coordination

• Oversee global manufacturing coordination, distribution operations, procurement alignment, and infrastructure scalability strategies.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, engineering, technology, and production leadership teams to optimize enterprise operational performance.
• Ensure operational alignment between production planning, customer delivery objectives, and enterprise service commitments.
• Drive modernization of operational systems through automation technologies, predictive analytics, and intelligent enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Cross-Functional Executive Collaboration

• Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, Customer Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Support strategic planning initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Provide executive leadership and board stakeholders with operational intelligence, forecasting analysis, and enterprise performance recommendations.
• Align operational execution with long-term strategic priorities, customer expectations, and investor objectives.

Operational Finance & Resource Management

• Oversee operational budgeting, workforce planning, infrastructure investments, and resource optimization initiatives globally.
• Improve operational profitability through productivity enhancement, strategic cost management, and enterprise efficiency programs.
• Support financial planning initiatives related to operational growth, facility expansion, and enterprise modernization projects.
• Strengthen business continuity planning and operational risk mitigation strategies across global markets.

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead and mentor senior operations executives, regional operational leaders, and enterprise management teams globally.
• Build high-performance operational cultures focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.
• Support executive talent development, succession planning, and enterprise leadership alignment initiatives.
• Foster strong organizational communication and cross-functional collaboration throughout all operational business units.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Systems, or related discipline required.
• MBA or advanced executive leadership education strongly preferred.
• 15–20+ years of experience in global operations leadership, manufacturing operations, enterprise infrastructure management, or large-scale operational transformation environments.
• Proven success within advanced manufacturing, aerospace, industrial technology, EV technology, automation, robotics, or multinational operational ecosystems.
• Extensive expertise in operational scalability, process optimization, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise performance management.
• Experience leading large international operations teams across highly complex multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, AI-powered operational analytics, automation technologies, and enterprise infrastructure modernization preferred.
