The Senior Network Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our global network infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring network reliability, performance, and security, while contributing to the evolution of our architecture to support future growth.
This role requires deep technical expertise combined with a strong understanding of modern networking paradigms, cloud integration, and automation frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering to deliver scalable and resilient network solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable network infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize routing, switching, and network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
- Ensure high availability and performance across data centers, cloud platforms, and edge environments.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot latency, outages, and connectivity issues.
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Automate network operations using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams to support hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity.
- Participate in capacity planning and network scalability initiatives.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7–12+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Strong expertise in network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
- Proficiency in network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis platforms.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent preferred.

- Compensation Package: $224,000 – $395,000 base + performance bonus
