To support continued international expansion and operational modernization initiatives, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Inventory Control Manager to lead enterprise inventory operations, optimize stock management processes, improve inventory accuracy, strengthen warehouse governance, and drive next-generation inventory control strategies across our global distribution ecosystem.

This role requires a strategic operational leader with expertise in inventory management, supply chain analytics, warehouse operations, ERP systems, logistics coordination, and enterprise inventory optimization strategies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Inventory Management

  • Lead enterprise-wide inventory control operations across global warehouses, fulfillment centers, and distribution facilities.
  • Develop scalable inventory management strategies supporting operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and supply chain optimization objectives.
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock allocation, replenishment processes, and warehouse inventory governance initiatives.
  • Ensure enterprise inventory operations align with organizational growth strategies and customer fulfillment objectives.

Inventory Accuracy & Operational Optimization

  • Implement inventory accuracy improvement initiatives through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation procedures, and process optimization strategies.
  • Develop KPI frameworks measuring inventory performance, shrinkage reduction, stock integrity, and operational productivity.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive corrective action plans, improving inventory reliability and warehouse performance.
  • Lead root cause analysis initiatives addressing inventory discrepancies and supply chain disruptions.

Warehouse & Distribution Operations

  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership teams to improve inventory flow, receiving processes, storage utilization, and order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Support automation initiatives involving RFID systems, warehouse robotics, barcode technologies, and AI-enabled inventory tracking platforms.
  • Optimize warehouse layout strategies and inventory placement methodologies supporting operational scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise operational standards, safety regulations, and inventory governance procedures.

Supply Chain Analytics & Forecasting

  • Utilize advanced analytics and forecasting systems to monitor inventory trends, stock movement patterns, and replenishment cycles.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, supplier performance, and operational data to support strategic inventory planning.
  • Develop executive reporting dashboards providing operational leadership with inventory insights and performance metrics.
  • Support supply chain forecasting initiatives, minimizing stock shortages, overstock exposure, and operational risk.

ERP Systems & Technology Integration

  • Oversee inventory data integrity within ERP, WMS, and enterprise supply chain systems.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams on system enhancements and inventory automation projects.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives supporting intelligent inventory visibility and operational scalability.
  • Ensure accurate system reporting and enterprise inventory tracking across global operational networks.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor inventory control supervisors, warehouse analysts, and operational support teams.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to strengthen supply chain coordination.
  • Support executive leadership with operational recommendations and strategic inventory planning insights.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous process improvement.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 8–15+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain leadership, or enterprise distribution environments.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory analytics platforms, and operational reporting tools.
  • Proven experience managing inventory operations within large-scale distribution, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments.
  • Advanced understanding of forecasting methodologies, inventory optimization models, and supply chain operational frameworks.
  • Experience supporting automation technologies and digital warehouse transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or related operational credentials are strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
