Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive operational performance and profitability.
- Analyze large-scale financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support capital allocation decisions, ensuring efficient use of resources across business units.
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with global standards.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, automation, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles, preferably in FinTech or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets, financial systems, and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, performance metrics, and business drivers.
