The Information Technology Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our most important initiatives are executed with precision, accountability, and alignment to business objectives. This position goes beyond traditional project coordination; it requires a leader who can orchestrate enterprise-wide programs, manage dependencies across multiple teams, and navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.

You will work closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technology programs, ensuring that every phase, from planning and design to execution and delivery, is managed with discipline, transparency, and a focus on outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and enterprise technology programs.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with business goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels.
  • Oversee project governance, reporting, and performance tracking using KPIs and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 8–15+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or technology delivery roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, DevOps environments, and modern delivery practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $250,000 – $390,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives
