As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are strengthening our Global Marketing & Brand Strategy Division to elevate brand positioning, accelerate revenue marketing, and drive demand generation at scale across enterprise markets.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading global marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing alignment, and enterprise-level go-to-market execution. This executive leadership role is central to shaping brand perception, driving pipeline growth, and aligning marketing with enterprise revenue objectives.

This position requires a highly experienced marketing executive with deep expertise in enterprise marketing strategy, digital growth, brand leadership, performance marketing, product marketing, and global B2B marketing operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth and global expansion objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging architecture, and global marketing narrative across all regions.
  • Establish scalable marketing frameworks supporting enterprise demand generation and customer acquisition.
  • Drive long-term marketing transformation initiatives powered by AI, analytics, and automation.

Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing

  • Oversee global demand generation programs across digital, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), events, and enterprise campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • Optimize lead generation funnels, conversion strategies, and customer acquisition performance.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies, improving ROI across all channels.

Brand Management & Corporate Positioning

  • Lead global brand identity, positioning, and storytelling across enterprise markets.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across digital, product, and corporate communications.
  • Manage brand reputation, thought leadership initiatives, and executive visibility programs.
  • Strengthen competitive positioning within global enterprise technology markets.

Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams on GTM strategies for enterprise solutions.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Support product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives across global markets.
  • Translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing.
  • Implement marketing automation systems and AI-driven campaign optimization tools.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and efficiency.
  • Drive omnichannel marketing execution across global digital platforms.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Align marketing strategy with enterprise revenue goals and organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead global marketing teams, agencies, and external strategic partners.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced marketing/business education strongly preferred.
  • 12–20+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, digital strategy, or global brand leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading global marketing teams in enterprise technology, SaaS, or digital transformation industries.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, brand strategy, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and ROI optimization.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $340,000 – $425,000
