About the Organization
We are a globally integrated leader in energy transition and advanced manufacturing, operating across renewable energy, clean technology, and next-generation industrial systems. Our organization is positioned at the forefront of transforming how industries produce, consume, and manage resources in a world increasingly defined by climate urgency, regulatory evolution, and stakeholder expectations for sustainable performance.
With operations spanning multiple continents and complex supply chains, we recognize that sustainability is not a standalone initiative; it is embedded in our core business strategy, capital allocation decisions, and operational execution. We are committed to achieving science-based emissions reduction targets, advancing circular economy practices, and driving measurable environmental and social impact across our value chain.
Our sustainability function operates as a strategic engine for long-term value creation, integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into every layer of the organization. From decarbonizing industrial processes and optimizing energy consumption to enhancing supply chain transparency and ESG reporting, we are building a future-ready enterprise aligned with global sustainability standards and investor expectations.
