As part of our continued global expansion strategy, we are investing heavily in our Strategic Enterprise Accounts Division to strengthen executive client partnerships, expand multinational account portfolios, improve customer retention performance, and accelerate enterprise revenue growth across key global markets.

The Director of Strategic Accounts will serve as a senior commercial leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients while driving strategic account growth, executive relationship management, contract expansion, and long-term partnership development initiatives across multinational organizations.

This role requires a highly consultative and commercially sophisticated executive with deep expertise in enterprise account management, complex B2B sales strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, global client expansion, and revenue growth leadership.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Enterprise Account Leadership

  • Develop and execute enterprise account strategies supporting long-term client retention, revenue expansion, and executive partnership development.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value multinational accounts across complex enterprise technology environments.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, procurement leaders, operational executives, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by aligning enterprise solutions with operational objectives and long-term business priorities.

Revenue Growth & Commercial Expansion

  • Identify expansion opportunities across enterprise accounts, including cross-selling, upselling, and multi-regional growth initiatives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, enterprise renewals, commercial strategy discussions, and strategic pricing initiatives.
  • Develop account growth plans supporting pipeline acceleration and long-term revenue forecasting objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership teams to maximize account profitability and customer lifetime value.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders across global enterprise organizations.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and enterprise partnership meetings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and enterprise service delivery performance.
  • Strengthen customer engagement through strategic communication, solution alignment, and business value realization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enterprise Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Coordinate enterprise implementation initiatives and ensure seamless execution across internal operational functions.
  • Advocate for customer priorities and strategic initiatives within executive leadership discussions.
  • Support enterprise transformation programs and global expansion strategies involving key customer accounts.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

  • Monitor industry trends, customer priorities, competitive activity, and emerging enterprise technology opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level account intelligence, forecasting insights, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Utilize CRM systems, analytics platforms, and AI-powered sales intelligence tools to optimize account performance and growth strategies.
  • Contribute to long-term enterprise sales strategy, account segmentation, and market expansion planning.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor strategic account managers, enterprise sales professionals, and customer growth teams.
  • Support the development of consultative selling methodologies and executive relationship management capabilities.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, strategic execution, and customer-centric growth.
  • Drive organizational alignment between sales performance objectives and long-term client success initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related discipline required.
  • MBA or advanced commercial leadership education strongly preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales leadership, business development, or global client partnership environments.
  • Proven success managing Fortune 500 or multinational enterprise accounts within enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, AI technology, cybersecurity, or digital transformation industries.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales strategy, executive relationship management, commercial negotiations, and customer expansion initiatives.
  • Experience leading complex multi-million-dollar account portfolios and international enterprise client engagements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, customer intelligence technologies, and enterprise account management frameworks preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $300,000 – $410,000
