As part of our accelerated global growth strategy, we are expanding our Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) & Strategic Delivery Division to strengthen cross-functional execution, improve delivery governance, scale enterprise transformation programs, and optimize operational alignment across all major business units.

The Director of Project Management will serve as a senior operational and strategic leader responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide program execution, PMO governance, strategic initiative delivery, operational transformation projects, and large-scale cross-functional implementation programs globally.

This leadership role requires a highly disciplined and transformational project management executive with deep expertise in enterprise PMO leadership, digital transformation delivery, operational execution, Agile methodologies, strategic planning, and large-scale program governance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise PMO Leadership & Governance

  • Develop and lead enterprise-wide project management frameworks aligned with organizational strategy, operational priorities, and global business objectives.
  • Establish scalable PMO governance structures supporting cross-functional program execution across international business units.
  • Standardize project management methodologies, reporting structures, resource planning systems, and delivery governance models.
  • Drive operational accountability and execution consistency across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Strategic Program Delivery

  • Lead large-scale enterprise projects involving digital transformation, cloud modernization, infrastructure deployment, AI implementation, and operational optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee project lifecycle management, including planning, budgeting, execution, risk mitigation, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure strategic programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with executive expectations and enterprise objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives across highly complex operational environments.

Cross-Functional Operational Leadership

  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Finance, Product, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership teams globally.
  • Align enterprise project execution with business priorities, operational scalability goals, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Support enterprise-wide coordination between stakeholders, vendors, and external strategic partners.

Performance Management & Operational Analytics

  • Implement KPI frameworks, project dashboards, delivery scorecards, and executive reporting systems.
  • Monitor enterprise project health, operational risks, budget utilization, and delivery performance metrics.
  • Utilize predictive analytics and AI-enabled reporting systems to improve project forecasting and execution accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, execution discipline, and organizational scalability.

Risk Management & Change Leadership

  • Identify enterprise delivery risks, operational bottlenecks, and transformation challenges across large-scale initiatives.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and governance controls supporting project stability and operational continuity.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives supporting enterprise transformation and digital modernization efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, contractual obligations, and operational policies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor senior project managers, PMO leaders, transformation consultants, and enterprise delivery teams.
  • Build high-performance project management cultures focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and project leadership capability enhancement programs.
  • Foster strong communication and cross-functional engagement throughout enterprise operational structures.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related discipline required.
  • MBA, PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or executive leadership certifications strongly preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise project management, PMO leadership, operational transformation, or large-scale program delivery environments.
  • Proven success managing complex global transformation initiatives within enterprise technology, consulting, cloud infrastructure, healthcare, financial services, or multinational operational ecosystems.
  • Extensive expertise in Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery frameworks, and enterprise governance structures.
  • Strong experience overseeing multimillion-dollar enterprise programs and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience with enterprise PMO systems, AI-powered analytics tools, and executive reporting platforms preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $290,000 – $414,000
