As part of our continued expansion strategy, we are investing heavily in our Global Product Marketing & Revenue Enablement Division to strengthen product positioning, accelerate enterprise adoption, optimize market penetration, and modernize customer acquisition strategies across worldwide markets.

The Director of Product Marketing will serve as a senior marketing and commercial strategy leader responsible for overseeing enterprise go-to-market initiatives, product positioning, customer intelligence, market segmentation, sales enablement, competitive strategy, and integrated product growth campaigns supporting global revenue objectives.

This role requires a highly strategic and commercially sophisticated marketing executive with extensive expertise in enterprise product marketing, B2B go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, AI-driven demand generation, sales enablement, and global product commercialization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Global Product Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide product marketing strategies aligned with revenue growth objectives and global expansion priorities.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging architecture, and market differentiation strategies across complex enterprise technology portfolios.
  • Define go-to-market frameworks supporting product launches, market penetration, customer acquisition, and commercial scalability initiatives.
  • Align product marketing operations with corporate growth strategy, sales performance goals, and customer engagement priorities.

Go-To-Market Execution & Product Commercialization

  • Oversee global go-to-market planning and integrated campaign execution for enterprise product launches and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure commercial alignment and market readiness.
  • Develop enterprise product narratives emphasizing customer value, operational impact, and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive launch readiness programs, including enablement materials, positioning strategies, sales support assets, and customer engagement campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

  • Lead market research, customer segmentation, buyer persona development, and industry intelligence initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, customer behavior trends, and enterprise market opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level insights supporting product strategy, pricing optimization, market expansion, and commercial growth initiatives.
  • Utilize AI-powered analytics platforms and customer intelligence systems to improve strategic decision-making and campaign performance.

Revenue Enablement & Sales Alignment

  • Develop enterprise sales enablement strategies supporting pipeline growth, conversion optimization, and customer engagement effectiveness.
  • Create value-based messaging frameworks and executive-level customer presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership to improve product adoption, sales productivity, and market positioning effectiveness.
  • Support strategic account initiatives, enterprise customer engagements, and high-priority commercial opportunities globally.

Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Partner with demand generation and digital marketing teams to optimize integrated product growth campaigns.
  • Support AI-driven customer engagement initiatives utilizing predictive analytics, automation technologies, and personalization frameworks.
  • Enhance customer lifecycle engagement through targeted content strategy, thought leadership, and omnichannel communication initiatives.
  • Improve product visibility and customer adoption through scalable digital marketing infrastructure and analytics-driven optimization.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and mentor high-performing product marketing managers, go-to-market specialists, and commercial strategy professionals.
  • Build scalable product marketing operations focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Experience organizations.
  • Support executive leadership in enterprise growth planning, market expansion strategy, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Technology Management, or related discipline required.
  • MBA or advanced executive marketing education strongly preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in product marketing, enterprise go-to-market strategy, B2B marketing leadership, or commercial product operations.
  • Proven success within enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, fintech, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Strong expertise in product positioning, demand generation, sales enablement, customer engagement, and competitive strategy development.
  • Experience leading global product launches and managing enterprise-level commercial growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies, CRM systems, customer analytics platforms, and revenue intelligence ecosystems preferred.
