The Director of Enterprise Operations will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide operational strategy, optimizing business processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving scalable operational excellence across global business units.

This role requires a highly strategic and execution-focused leader with deep expertise in enterprise operations, business transformation, process optimization, performance management, and large-scale organizational leadership.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Operations Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives and long-term business vision.
  • Lead operational governance frameworks, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and performance consistency across global functions.
  • Drive enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence and business process modernization.
  • Establish standardized operational models across multiple business units and international regions.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies across enterprise workflows and implement large-scale process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Optimize enterprise resource allocation, capacity planning, and operational performance metrics.
  • Implement scalable operational systems supporting rapid business growth and expansion.

Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment

  • Ensure alignment between Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve execution efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-wide project execution frameworks and operational delivery systems.
  • Support organizational restructuring and operational integration initiatives where required.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Develop and manage enterprise operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting systems.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI-driven insights to support decision-making and operational forecasting.
  • Monitor organizational performance trends and implement corrective action strategies.
  • Provide executive leadership with operational intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Lead implementation of AI-driven automation tools, workflow optimization systems, and enterprise platforms.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, improving operational scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to modernize enterprise systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing operational ecosystems.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and mentor high-performing enterprise operations teams across multiple regions.
  • Develop leadership pipelines and operational talent development programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives across enterprise functions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced executive leadership degree strongly preferred.
  • 10–18+ years of experience in enterprise operations, business transformation, operations leadership, or management consulting roles.
  • Proven experience within global enterprise technology, SaaS, fintech, consulting, manufacturing, or large-scale service organizations.
  • Strong expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and enterprise performance management.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-regional operations in high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise automation tools preferred.

Compensation Package: $306,000 – $410,000
