As part of our continued global expansion strategy, we are strengthening our Corporate Communications & Brand Strategy Division to enhance executive messaging, unify global communication standards, elevate brand reputation, and drive enterprise-wide narrative consistency across all internal and external channels.

The Director of Communications will lead enterprise communications strategy, manage global messaging frameworks, oversee media and public relations functions, and support executive leadership in shaping the organization’s global narrative and reputation positioning.

This role requires a highly strategic communications leader with expertise in corporate communications, executive messaging, media relations, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and brand reputation management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Corporate Communications Strategy

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide communications strategies aligned with corporate vision, brand identity, and business objectives.
  • Lead global messaging frameworks, ensuring consistency across internal and external communication channels.
  • Define communication standards for executive leadership, corporate announcements, and enterprise storytelling.
  • Align communications strategy with investor relations, marketing, HR, and public affairs functions.

Executive Messaging & Thought Leadership

  • Partner with C-suite executives to develop high-impact messaging for global audiences.
  • Craft speeches, executive statements, keynote presentations, and strategic communication narratives.
  • Position senior leadership as industry thought leaders across global media and industry platforms.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across investor communications, press releases, and internal announcements.

Media Relations & Public Affairs

  • Manage global media relations strategy, including press engagement, journalist relationships, and media outreach programs.
  • Oversee press releases, corporate announcements, and public-facing communications.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and media partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage and proactively manage brand perception in global markets.

Crisis Communications & Reputation Management

  • Develop crisis communication frameworks and rapid response protocols for reputational risk situations.
  • Lead communication strategies during corporate incidents, regulatory issues, or public scrutiny events.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and controlled messaging across all stakeholder channels.
  • Maintain enterprise reputation intelligence monitoring systems.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Design internal communication strategies to improve employee engagement and organizational alignment.
  • Lead global communication campaigns supporting corporate culture, transformation initiatives, and leadership messaging.
  • Ensure consistent dissemination of executive updates across the global workforce.
  • Strengthen employee communication channels and engagement platforms.

Brand Narrative & Corporate Identity

  • Shape and maintain enterprise brand narrative across global markets.
  • Ensure alignment between communications strategy and overall brand positioning.
  • Support marketing teams in developing integrated brand messaging campaigns.
  • Maintain consistency in corporate identity across digital, print, and broadcast channels.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred (Communications, MBA, Public Policy, or related discipline).
  • 10–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or brand strategy leadership roles.
  • Proven experience within global enterprise technology, financial services, consulting, or multinational corporate environments.
  • Strong background in media relations, executive communications, and crisis management.
  • Experience managing global communications teams and external agency partnerships.
  • Familiarity with digital media strategy, corporate storytelling, and reputation management platforms preferred.

  • Provide executive leadership with strategic messaging recommendations and communication risk assessments.
  • Support M&A communications, global expansion messaging, and organizational change communication strategies.
  • Enhance AI-driven communication analytics and sentiment monitoring capabilities.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $280,000 – $390,000
