As part of our continued expansion, we are strengthening our Global Business Operations Leadership Division to enhance enterprise execution capabilities, improve operational governance, optimize organizational performance, and align strategic initiatives across all global business units.

The Director of Business Operations will serve as a senior operational leader responsible for overseeing enterprise operational strategy, process optimization, performance management, cross-functional execution, and organizational scalability initiatives across the company’s global operations.

This role requires an experienced executive with deep expertise in enterprise operations management, strategic execution, operational analytics, transformation leadership, and cross-functional business optimization within high-growth enterprise environments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Operations Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-wide operational strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and executive business priorities.
  • Develop scalable operational frameworks supporting global expansion, efficiency improvement, and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Drive operational governance models ensuring consistency, accountability, and execution excellence across all business units.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with long-term corporate strategy.

Business Process Optimization

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives across enterprise functions.
  • Design and deploy scalable workflows, automation systems, and operational best practices to improve productivity and organizational performance.
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational modernization and AI-enabled workflow optimization.
  • Standardize operational procedures and reporting structures across global teams.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Establish operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to monitor organizational performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making across operations, finance, customer success, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver operational insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Technology, Sales, Product, and Customer Operations teams to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Oversee enterprise project coordination and operational execution across strategic business initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments and executive stakeholders.
  • Support organizational restructuring and scalability planning during growth phases.

Operational Risk & Governance

  • Develop operational risk management frameworks and internal governance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, enterprise standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor operational continuity, organizational resilience, and process compliance across global operations.
  • Support crisis management and enterprise continuity planning efforts.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and mentor operational managers, program leaders, and cross-functional operations teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence.
  • Drive operational leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies.
  • Promote collaboration and alignment across enterprise operational functions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced executive business education strongly preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in business operations, enterprise operations management, strategic planning, or operational transformation leadership roles.
  • Proven experience within enterprise SaaS, AI technology, cloud computing, digital transformation, or multinational operational environments.
  • Strong expertise in operational analytics, process optimization, enterprise governance, and organizational scalability initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional enterprise transformation projects at scale.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise operational systems, business intelligence platforms, and workflow automation technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $330K – $450K
