As part of our next phase of strategic growth, we are investing heavily in our Global Technology & Engineering Leadership Division to drive next-generation architecture, product innovation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-scale digital transformation.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as a visionary executive responsible for defining the organization’s global technology strategy, leading enterprise engineering operations, driving AI innovation, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance digital infrastructure across all business units.

This role requires a world-class technology executive with deep expertise in enterprise architecture, AI systems, cloud infrastructure, software engineering leadership, cybersecurity, and global digital transformation strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Global Technology Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide technology vision aligned with business growth, innovation, and global expansion objectives.
• Lead long-term technology roadmap development across AI, cloud computing, enterprise platforms, and digital infrastructure systems.
• Establish architectural standards ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security across all technology ecosystems.
• Drive the transformation of legacy systems into modern, cloud-native, AI-powered architectures.

Engineering & Technology Leadership

• Oversee global engineering teams, including software development, infrastructure, DevOps, AI/ML engineering, and cybersecurity functions.
• Lead design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems supporting global enterprise operations.
• Ensure engineering excellence, code quality standards, and high-performance delivery across all technology teams.
• Build scalable engineering organization structures to support rapid global growth.

AI, Data & Innovation Leadership

• Drive enterprise-wide AI strategy, including machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation systems.
• Lead development of advanced data platforms, intelligence systems, and AI-powered enterprise applications.
• Foster an innovation culture across engineering teams to accelerate breakthrough technology development.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to integrate AI into core business capabilities.

Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

• Lead global cloud strategy across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Oversee hybrid and multi-cloud architecture design and implementation.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience.
• Implement cloud governance frameworks, cost optimization models, and performance monitoring systems.

Cybersecurity & Risk Technology

• Partner with the Head of Security to ensure enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture and threat protection.
• Implement secure-by-design principles across all engineering systems.
• Oversee identity management, encryption systems, and secure application development frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with global security standards and regulatory requirements.

Technology Operations & Execution

• Lead global technology operations, including infrastructure monitoring, system reliability, and performance optimization.
• Establish engineering KPIs, system health dashboards, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Ensure seamless technology delivery supporting enterprise business continuity.
• Drive automation and efficiency across engineering and infrastructure operations.

Executive Leadership & Organizational Development

• Build and lead world-class global technology teams and an executive engineering leadership structure.
• Mentor senior engineering leaders, architects, and innovation teams.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
• Represent technology strategy at executive and board-level discussions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field required.
• Master’s degree or advanced executive technology leadership education strongly preferred.
• 18–25+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or global CTO-level roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology organizations within AI, cloud computing, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise software industries.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML systems, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Demonstrated success scaling global engineering organizations and technology platforms.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 enterprise environments and global technology ecosystems preferred.
