As Chief Revenue Officer, you will take ownership of the entire global revenue architecture, leading a unified strategy across sales, partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations. This is not a traditional sales leadership role; this is a strategic, data-centric, and systems-driven executive position responsible for building a modern revenue engine capable of scaling across markets, segments, and product lines.
You will partner closely with product, marketing, and finance leadership to ensure that every aspect of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion, is optimized for growth, retention, and profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and lead the global revenue strategy, including new business acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Build and scale a high-performance, multi-region sales organization across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging segments.
- Align sales, marketing, and customer success into a unified revenue operating model.
- Drive predictable pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth performance.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs to expand market reach.
- Establish and optimize pricing strategies, sales motions, and customer segmentation frameworks.
- Leverage data, AI, and analytics to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and customer lifetime value.
- Oversee revenue operations, ensuring process standardization, system integration, and performance visibility.
- Lead executive-level negotiations with strategic clients, partners, and global stakeholders.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or high-growth technology environments.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from hundreds of millions to multi-billion-dollar levels.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing global teams across multiple regions and market segments.
- Strong understanding of subscription models, ARR/MRR metrics, and SaaS unit economics.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing revenue organizations.

- Compensation Package: $419,000 – $535,000 base salary
