The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as one of the organization’s highest-ranking executive leaders responsible for overseeing global operations, enterprise performance management, operational strategy, cross-functional execution, organizational scalability, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
This executive role requires a transformational operational leader with deep expertise in enterprise operations, organizational scaling, business transformation, executive leadership, operational finance, global infrastructure management, and AI-enabled operational modernization.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide efficiency, accelerating global operational performance, strengthening business continuity frameworks, and aligning operational execution with long-term strategic growth objectives and shareholder expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Operations Strategy & Executive Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational strategies aligned with corporate vision, growth priorities, and long-term business objectives.
- Lead global operations across technology infrastructure, customer operations, delivery functions, supply chain coordination, business services, and enterprise support systems.
- Establish scalable operational frameworks supporting international expansion and organizational growth initiatives.
- Drive enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, profitability optimization, and business performance enhancement.
Global Operational Governance & Performance
- Oversee operational governance structures, ensuring consistency, accountability, compliance, and execution excellence across all global business units.
- Develop KPI frameworks and enterprise performance metrics supporting operational visibility and executive decision-making.
- Monitor enterprise operational health, scalability risks, and organizational performance trends.
- Lead continuous improvement programs enhancing operational agility, efficiency, and enterprise productivity.
Business Transformation & Digital Modernization
- Drive AI-powered operational transformation initiatives across enterprise systems, workflows, and business infrastructure.
- Lead implementation of intelligent automation platforms, predictive analytics systems, and enterprise optimization technologies.
- Modernize organizational infrastructure through scalable digital operating models and integrated business systems.
- Partner with technology leadership to ensure operational readiness and enterprise system integration.
Cross-Functional Executive Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, and Customer Experience leadership teams.
- Align enterprise operations with revenue growth strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and global expansion priorities.
- Support strategic planning, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise integration activities.
- Provide executive leadership and board stakeholders with operational intelligence, strategic recommendations, and enterprise performance analysis.
Operational Finance & Resource Optimization
- Oversee operational budgeting, resource allocation, workforce planning, and enterprise cost optimization initiatives.

Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead and mentor senior operational executives, regional business leaders, and enterprise management teams globally.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, International Business, or related discipline required.
- MBA or advanced executive leadership education strongly preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise operations, executive management, operational transformation, or global business leadership roles.
- Proven success within enterprise technology, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, fintech, digital services, cybersecurity, or multinational corporate ecosystems.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale international operations and high-growth enterprise organizations.
- Strong expertise in operational strategy, business transformation, organizational scalability, and executive governance.
- Deep understanding of AI-enabled operational systems, enterprise analytics platforms, ERP ecosystems, and digital transformation technologies preferred.
