The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key architect of the company’s financial strategy and enterprise value creation model, partnering closely with the CEO and Board of Directors. This executive will oversee all financial functions, including corporate finance, FP&A, investor relations, treasury, tax, and M&A strategy, while ensuring the organization is positioned for sustainable growth, capital efficiency, and global expansion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s global financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
  • Drive capital allocation, investment strategy, and funding initiatives, including equity, debt, and strategic financing.
  • Provide strategic leadership on mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, cost structures, and profitability optimization.
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Lead investor relations, board reporting, and financial communications.
  • Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and global operations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global finance organization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, including prior CFO or divisional CFO experience.
  • Proven track record in high-growth technology, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.
  • Extensive experience with capital markets, fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.
  • Strong understanding of global financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale financial operations and multi-regional teams.

  • Compensation Package: $410,000 – $544,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
