The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing the company’s global commercial strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations. This role requires a leader who can integrate multiple commercial functions into a unified, high-performance growth engine, capable of delivering predictable revenue and sustained market expansion.
You will oversee all revenue-generating activities, including enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, channel development, customer success alignment, and market expansion initiatives. The role demands deep expertise in enterprise go-to-market strategies, complex deal structures, and global commercial operations, combined with the ability to lead large, distributed teams and influence board-level decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global commercial strategy, aligning sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
- Lead all revenue-generating functions, including enterprise sales, channel partnerships, alliances, and customer expansion strategies.
- Drive predictable revenue growth, pipeline development, and market penetration across global regions.
- Oversee development of go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and commercial frameworks.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, strategic clients, and global partners.
- Lead negotiation of high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements and strategic deals.
- Align commercial operations with product and innovation teams to ensure market-fit and competitive positioning.
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs across sales productivity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 18–25+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within enterprise technology or SaaS organizations.
- Proven track record of driving multi-billion-dollar revenue growth and scaling global commercial operations.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong understanding of AI, SaaS platforms, cloud ecosystems, and digital transformation markets.
- Experience managing large, globally distributed teams with significant revenue accountability.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue optimization.

- Compensation Package: $424,000 – $535,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
