The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our global presence. This role requires a dynamic professional who can identify high-value opportunities, build strong relationships, and execute complex deals that align with our mission and commercial objectives.
You will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and external partners to develop and execute strategies that position the organization as a leader in clean energy and sustainability solutions. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across renewable energy and climate technology markets.
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, energy providers, and strategic partners.
- Lead end-to-end deal processes, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and market demands.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities.
- Support development of go-to-market strategies and partnership frameworks.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
- Track and report performance metrics, including revenue growth, deal conversion rates, and partnership success.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships roles.
- Experience in renewable energy, climate technology, or sustainability-focused industries preferred.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large-scale commercial deals.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, contract negotiation, and partnership development.
- Familiarity with energy markets, sustainability frameworks, or carbon-related solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

- Compensation Package: $255,000 – $310,000 base + performance bonus + commission incentives
